Crock Pot Beef and Mushrooms

Directions

  1. 1Brown the stew meat in a hot skillet, just enough to get some color on it.
  2. 2Transfer the browned stew meat to the crock pot.
  3. 3In the same skillet, add butter and mushrooms and brown them.
  4. 4Add a ton of garlic to the mushrooms and butter once they are browned.
  5. 5Transfer the browned mushrooms and garlic over the beef in the crock pot.
  6. 6Mix a package of brown gravy mix with a cup of cold water.
  7. 7Add a small can of cream of mushroom soup to the gravy mixture.
  8. 8Pour the gravy mixture over the top of the beef and mushrooms in the crock pot.
  9. 9Cover the crock pot and cook on low.
  10. 10After about an hour, add a pack of Lipton onion soup mix.
