Directions
- 1Brown the stew meat in a hot skillet, just enough to get some color on it.
- 2Transfer the browned stew meat to the crock pot.
- 3In the same skillet, add butter and mushrooms and brown them.
- 4Add a ton of garlic to the mushrooms and butter once they are browned.
- 5Transfer the browned mushrooms and garlic over the beef in the crock pot.
- 6Mix a package of brown gravy mix with a cup of cold water.
- 7Add a small can of cream of mushroom soup to the gravy mixture.
- 8Pour the gravy mixture over the top of the beef and mushrooms in the crock pot.
- 9Cover the crock pot and cook on low.
- 10After about an hour, add a pack of Lipton onion soup mix.
