Add 3 cups of bread flour to the bowl.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the flour mixture.

Knead the dough on a clean, oiled surface until it is smooth and elastic.

Lightly oil a clean bowl.

Place the dough in the oiled bowl, turning to coat all sides.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough proof for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough to release the air.

Flatten the dough onto a clean, oiled surface.

Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces, each weighing approximately 50 grams.

Take one piece of dough and flatten it.

Roll each piece of dough into a 25 to 30 cm length.
