Directions
- 1Place four thin-sliced chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- 2Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
- 3Flip the chicken breasts and season the other side with the same spices.
- 4Open a can of cheddar cheese soup.
- 5Fill the soup can about a third of the way with milk and pour it into a measuring cup with the soup.
- 6Add a little paprika and some pepper to the soup mixture.
- 7Whisk the soup mixture until well combined.
- 8Add a large handful, maybe two, of shredded cheddar cheese to the soup mixture.
- 9Whisk again to combine the cheese.
- 10Add a splash more milk to the cheese sauce.
- 11Spoon about half of the cheese sauce over the seasoned chicken.
- 12Steam a 12 oz bag of frozen broccoli florets for 7 minutes in the microwave.
- 13Tear up some of the bigger pieces of steamed broccoli.
- 14Evenly distribute the steamed broccoli over the chicken and cheese sauce.
- 15Spoon the rest of the cheese sauce over the broccoli.
- 16Crush a pack of Ritz crackers in a bowl.
- 17Drizzle a couple of tablespoons of melted butter over the crushed Ritz crackers and mix.
- 18Sprinkle the cracker and butter mixture over everything in the baking dish.
- 19Bake uncovered in an oven preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 27 minutes.

Tips
