1Combine ground pork, scallions, grated garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, chili crisp, rice vinegar, and white pepper for the filling.
2Give the mixture a gentle mix with your hands and set aside.
3Grab a small baking dish or individual ramekins.
4Dip wonton wrappers quickly in water.
5Layer the dipped wonton wrappers into the bottom of the dish.
6Spread a thin layer of the pork mixture on top of the wrappers.
7Repeat layering wrappers and pork mixture until you run out of space or ingredients.
8Finish with a top layer of the wrappers.
9Pour about a tablespoon or two of chicken broth or water over the top to keep everything nice and juicy.
10Carefully transfer the dish to a steamer.
11Cover and steam for about 25 minutes.
12Drizzle with more soy sauce, chili crisp, scallions, and sesame seeds before serving.
