Add 1.5 cups of warm water (like bath water, 110-115 degrees Fahrenheit) to a red bowl.
Add 2.25 teaspoons of traditional active dry yeast to the water.
Add 3.25 cups of all-purpose flour to the bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the bowl.
Add garlic powder and onion powder to the bowl.
Mix the ingredients with a spatula until it forms a shaggy dough.
Add about 2 cups of marble cheese to the dough.
Use your hands to incorporate the cheese into the dough.
Grease the bowl with about a tablespoon of olive oil, return the dough to the bowl, cover it, and place it in a warm spot for about an hour and a half to rise.
Remove the dough from the bowl and dump it onto some parchment paper.
Play with the dough a little to shape it and make sure it's perfectly round.
Place the dough with the parchment paper into a dutch oven (that has been preheated in the oven for about 15 minutes).
Cover the dutch oven and bake it in the oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes.
Take the lid off and put it back into the oven for about 5 minutes to crisp up the top.
Remove the cheese bread from the dutch oven.
Cut the bread open.
