Directions

  1. 1Put the flour in a wooden container.
  2. 2Add water.
  3. 3Add salt.
  4. 4Mix all the ingredients to form a dough.
  5. 5Divide the dough into small balls.
  6. 6Take a dough ball and spread it with your hands.
  7. 7Add the tomato sauce.
  8. 8Add the mozzarella cheese.
  9. 9Add the basil.
  10. 10Add the olive oil.
  11. 11Put the pizza into the oven using a pizza peel.
  12. 12Take the pizza out of the oven.
  13. 13Fold the pizza into a calzone shape.

  • 1 bag Caputo flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 handful salt
  • 1 bowl tomato sauce
  • 1 handful mozzarella cheese
  • 1 handful basil
  • 1 bottle olive oil
