Chocolate Biscuit Dessert
Directions
- 1In a pot, mix 3 cups milk, 1 cup cream, and 3/4 cup sugar.
- 2Whisk until combined.
- 3Add 2 tbsp cocoa powder and whisk again until smooth.
- 4In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup milk and 6 tbsp cornflour.
- 5Add the mixture to the pot and continue whisking until thickened.
- 6Dip 20 biscuits in some milk and place them in a glass dish.
- 7Pour half of the chocolate mixture over the biscuits.
- 8Add another layer of biscuits.
- 9Pour the remaining chocolate mixture over the biscuits.
- 10Refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
