1Leave your London Broil on the counter for at least 45 minutes to an hour to get to room temperature.
2Prepare the Gremolata by mixing 4-5 diced garlic cloves, the diced peel of 1 orange and 1 lemon, a handful of chopped fresh parsley, about 1/4 cup of olive or avocado oil, and a little salt and pepper.
3Salt and pepper both sides of the London Broil.
4Place the London Broil on an oiled baking sheet or on a rack.
5Spread and pack the Gremolata on top of one side of the London Broil.
6Bake in the oven on high broil for about 7 to 10 minutes, rotating halfway, until the inside temperature is 130F.
7Remove the London Broil from the oven and let it rest on the counter for a minimum of 15 minutes before slicing.
8Serve with horseradish aioli.

Leave your London Broil on the counter for at least 45 minutes to an hour to reach room temperature before cooking.
Do not slice the London Broil until it has rested for a minimum of 15 minutes after cooking.
For a more medium cook, cover with foil and let the heat of the meat rise to 140F after removing from the oven.
If making in advance, cook to medium-rare so it doesn't overcook when warming up.
