Cowboy Butter Chicken Linguine

Directions

  1. 1Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. 2Cook linguine until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  3. 3Season chicken strips with salt and pepper.
  4. 4Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. 5Sear chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes.
  6. 6Remove chicken and set aside.
  7. 7In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.
  8. 8Add butter and let it melt.
  9. 9Stir in garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, paprika, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, and onion powder.
  10. 10Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  11. 11Stir in chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  12. 12Add cooked linguine and chicken back into the skillet.
  13. 13Toss everything together until evenly coated with the sauce.
  14. 14Cook for another 2 minutes to heat through.
  15. 15Plate and garnish with extra parsley and lemon wedges, if desired.
  16. 16Serve hot.

  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley (plus more for garnish)
