Clean roses and remove the stem.

Add the cleaned roses to a pot of water and let it simmer.

Meanwhile, soak some sabza seeds (or chia seeds) and badam pisen (gonkatira).

Add some grated beetroot to the rose mixture to deepen the pink color.

Strain the rose water from the pot.

Add the strained rose water back to the pot along with agave syrup or jaggery syrup.

Once the mixture reduces, switch off the flame.

Add lemon juice and rose water to the reduced mixture and let it cool down.

To make the cooler, mix together the prepared rose syrup with some almond milk.

Mix together all the ingredients along with some ice.
