Sheet Pan Chicken Kefta Wraps

Directions

  1. 1Combine ground chicken, tomato paste, minced fresh garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, turmeric, salt, pepper, fresh parsley, and grated onion in a bowl.
  2. 2Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  3. 3Spread the kefta mixture evenly onto a baking pan.
  4. 4Score the kefta into strips using a knife.
  5. 5Drizzle olive oil over the kefta.
  6. 6Prepare garlic heads by slicing off the tops.
  7. 7Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt on the garlic heads.
  8. 8Wrap the garlic heads in aluminum foil.
  9. 9Place the foil-wrapped garlic heads and the kefta on a baking sheet and bake in the oven.
  10. 10Slice red onion for the salad.
  11. 11Add sliced red onion, quartered cherry tomatoes, fresh parsley, salt, pepper, and sumac to a bowl.
  12. 12Squeeze lemon juice into the salad mixture.
  13. 13Toss the salad ingredients together.
  14. 14Combine mayonnaise, black pepper, and roasted garlic in a bowl.
  15. 15Squeeze roasted garlic cloves from their skins into the bowl.

Tips
