Directions

  1. 1Brown one pack of Koneka sausage (spicy kind used in the example).
  2. 2Remove the browned sausage and set aside.
  3. 3Brown one pound of hamburger meat.
  4. 4Add one can of Rotel.
  5. 5Add two cans of pinto beans.
  6. 6Add two cans of ranch style jalapeno beans.
  7. 7Add one small can of diced green chilies.
  8. 8Add one cup of chicken stock.
  9. 9Season with onion powder, garlic powder, and a little bit of Tony's.
  10. 10Put the lid on and let it come to a boil.
  11. 11Serve with crusty bread or saltine crackers.
