Put potatoes in a pressure cooker and add water. Cook until soft.

Peel the potatoes and grate them.

Finely chop the red onions, green chilies, ginger, garlic, and cilantro.

Mix the grated potatoes with the chopped vegetables, salt, red chili powder, and garam masala.

In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, yogurt, oil, and water to form a dough.

Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.

Roll out the dough into a flat circle.

Brush the dough with egg wash.

Divide the dough into 2 equal portions.

Fill one portion of the dough with the potato mixture, and seal it completely.

Roll out the stuffed dough into a flat circle.

Cook the kulcha on a flat pan until golden brown.

Spread butter on the cooked kulcha.
