  1. 1Grab some steak and cut it into thin strips.
  2. 2In a bowl, add the steak strips, soy sauce, white pepper, ground ginger, and cornstarch or flour.
  3. 3Add oil to a pan and bring it up to about 350 degrees.
  4. 4Cook steak strips for about two to three minutes until nice and crispy.
  5. 5Set the steak strips aside.
  6. 6In a measuring cup, prepare the sauce by adding soy sauce, sesame oil, white sugar, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine vinegar, ketchup, garlic paste, and red pepper flakes.
  7. 7Remove the oil from the pan and add bell peppers and onions.
  8. 8Add the sauce to the pan and let it thicken up a bit.
  9. 9Add the steak strips to the pan, toss, and serve.
