Mango Sticky Rice

Directions
- 1Cook the sticky rice by steaming it.
- 2Combine coconut milk and sugar in a pan, and heat until the sugar dissolves, then reserve 2/3 cup of the mixture.
- 3Soak the cooked rice in the coconut milk mixture.
- 4To the remaining coconut mixture, add salt and cornstarch, and heat until thickened.
- 5Plate the rice with mango slices, and top it off with the salted coconut sauce and sesame seeds.
