Directions

  1. 1Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  2. 2Roast the tomatoes in a baking sheet until softened.
  3. 3In a bowl, combine the roasted tomatoes, basil leaves, parmesan cheese and cream cheese.
  4. 4Cook the pasta.
  5. 5Mix the pasta with the sauce.
  6. 6Serve the pasta with the tomato mixture.

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 cup pasta sauce
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
