Tuna Egg Bap
Directions
- 1Cook two eggs in a pan into an omelette.
- 2Place the bap halves into the pan to cook slightly.
- 3Spread the tuna and spring onion mixture in the centre of the omelette.
- 4Add cheese on top of the tuna mixture.
- 5Wrap the omelette around the filling and cook until golden brown.
- 6Serve immediately.

- 1 tbsp spring onions
- 1 bap roll
- 1 tbsp cheese
