While the dish is baking, combine pomegranate molasses and lemon juice in a small bowl.

Once the covered dish has cooked, remove the foil and baking paper.

Brown the dish for an additional 20-30 minutes, or until the sausages and potatoes are nicely browned.

Drizzle the prepared pomegranate molasses and lemon juice mixture over the browned tray bake.
