Directions
- 1Add two cans of drained corn into the crockpot.
- 2Add 16 ounces of cream cheese into the crockpot.
- 3Add 8 ounces of pepper jack cheese into the crockpot.
- 4Season generously with Tajin seasoning.
- 5Add diced cilantro.
- 6Pour a quarter cup of sour cream into the crockpot.
- 7Cover and cook on low for 2 to 2.5 hours.
- 8After cooking, stir the dip until well combined.
- 9Top with more Tajin seasoning.
- 10Top with Cotija cheese.
- 11Serve with tortilla chips.
