Directions

  1. 1Add two cans of drained corn into the crockpot.
  2. 2Add 16 ounces of cream cheese into the crockpot.
  3. 3Add 8 ounces of pepper jack cheese into the crockpot.
  4. 4Season generously with Tajin seasoning.
  5. 5Add diced cilantro.
  6. 6Pour a quarter cup of sour cream into the crockpot.
  7. 7Cover and cook on low for 2 to 2.5 hours.
  8. 8After cooking, stir the dip until well combined.
  9. 9Top with more Tajin seasoning.
  10. 10Top with Cotija cheese.
  11. 11Serve with tortilla chips.

  • Cilantro, diced
  • 0.25 cup Sour cream
  • Cotija cheese
