Fiesta Corn Dip

Directions
- 1Toss all ingredients into a bowl.
- 2Add 3 cans of fiesta corn to a bowl.
- 3Add 1 cup of sour cream to the bowl.
- 4Add 3/4 cup of mayonnaise to the bowl.
- 5Add 2 cups of shredded cheddar to the bowl.
- 6Add 1 bunch of chopped green onion to the bowl.
- 7Add a handful of chopped cilantro to the bowl.
- 8Add 1 tablespoon of cumin to the bowl.
- 9Add 1 tablespoon of elote seasoning to the bowl.
- 10Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- 11Keep in the fridge for a couple of hours until ready to serve.
- 12Serve the dip in a glass dish with Fritos Scoops or thick tortilla chips.
- 13Garnish with a sprinkle of elote seasoning and fresh cilantro.
