Directions

  1. 1Cut one onion, one garlic, four jalapeños, and eight serrano peppers into medium pieces.
  2. 2Broil the chopped onion, garlic, jalapeños, serrano peppers, and six tomatillos for 15 minutes.
  3. 3Once the vegetables are cool, add them to the blender along with salt to taste.
  4. 4Blend until smooth.
  5. 5Add a handful of fresh cilantro and blend again briefly.

  • 1 to taste salt
