  1. 1In a bowl, add 4 ounces of warm water, 1 teaspoon of yeast, and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Mix well and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
  2. 2Dump about 2 cups of flour on a cutting board and make a hole in the middle.
  3. 3In that hole, put in about half a cup of sour cream or some good Greek yogurt, a small touch of rosemary oil, and a little bit of honey.
  4. 4Add the yeast mixture and carefully start putting that together.
  5. 5Knead your dough for about 15 minutes or until it's nice and shiny.
  6. 6Put the dough in a proofer at 80 degrees for about one hour, or in an oven turned off for the same time.
  7. 7Divide the dough into eight equal parts and roll them out really thin.
  8. 8Cook the naan on a skillet for two minutes on each side until golden brown.
