7For the streusel top, add half a cup of granulated sugar, a quarter cup of all-purpose flour, and 4 tablespoons of butter cut into little cubes.
8Rub them together to make little pea-sized crumbles.
9Evenly distribute the batter into the muffin tins.
10If you want to add cream cheese, add half a teaspoon.
11Finish by putting the crumble on top of the muffins.
12Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
13Let these cool in the pan for a couple minutes and then enjoy.
