Add warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast to a mixing bowl. Give it a light mix.
Add oil, egg, and yogurt to the mixture and whisk it all up.
Lay down flour and make a well. Pour in the yeast mixture, bringing the flour in.
Knead the dough for 10 minutes. Add a little more flour if it's too sticky.
Form the dough into a ball and place it into a lightly oiled bowl. Place a hot kitchen towel over it, and let it rise for 40-60 minutes in a warm place.
Get the risen dough out, cut it into eight pieces, and roll them out into rounds.
Cook each naan in a medium-high heat lightly oiled pan for about a minute per side, until bubbles form. Flip once.
Brush each naan with cilantro garlic butter and a little Maldon salt.
