2In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 1 can of evaporated milk, 1 tsp seasoning salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp ground mustard, and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
3Boil elbow macaroni in water until al dente. Drain.
4In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, butter, sour cream, and the egg and milk mixture. Stir well.
5Add the shredded cheeses, mix thoroughly, then stir in 1 cup velveeta cheese and 1 cup whole milk.
6Pour macaroni and cheese mixture into a baking dish, top with mozzarella, cheddar, fresh parsley and smoked paprika.
7Cover and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F, then uncover and bake for another 20 minutes.
