Season the pork chops on both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook pork chops for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove pork chops from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, lower heat to medium.

Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream.

Stir well, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.

Add Parmesan and Italian seasoning.

Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Place pork chops back into the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.

Simmer 2–3 more minutes until everything is coated and creamy.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and thyme before serving.

1 cup heavy cream
0.5 cup chicken broth
0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)
