Creamy Garlic Herb Pork Chops

Directions

  1. 1Season the pork chops on both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. 2Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3Cook pork chops for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. 4Remove pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
  5. 5In the same skillet, lower heat to medium.
  6. 6Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. 7Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream.
  8. 8Stir well, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
  9. 9Add Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
  10. 10Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  11. 11Place pork chops back into the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
  12. 12Simmer 2–3 more minutes until everything is coated and creamy.
  13. 13Sprinkle with fresh parsley and thyme before serving.
