In a pan over medium high heat, add some olive oil.

Season your salmon fillets with your preferred seasoning.

Add your salmon to your pan and cook for about 4 minutes on each side.

After 8 minutes, set the salmon aside.

In the same pan, add one chopped onion and minced garlic.

Let the onion and garlic cook until the onions are soft.

Add one cup of orzo, two cups of chicken broth, and a quarter cup of milk.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Turn the heat up high and get it boiling.

Once boiling, cover and reduce heat to simmer.

Cook for about 12 to 15 minutes.

In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add some Parmesan cheese, nutritional yeast (optional), and some chopped up spinach.

Mix together.

Add the salmon back on top.

Cover and let simmer for the rest of the cooking time.

Make sure your salmon is cooked to at least 145 degrees.

0.25 cup nutritional yeast
