Directions
- 1Sauté onions and garlic in a large pot.
- 2Add ground beef (or Italian sausage, or both).
- 3Add seasonings: oregano, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- 4Stir in tomato paste.
- 5Add marinara sauce and chicken broth; bring to a boil.
- 6Add broken lasagna sheets and cook until al dente.
- 7Stir in heavy cream, fresh parsley, basil, and spinach.
- 8Serve with ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan topping.
