Directions
- 1Slice the cucumbers into half rings.
- 2Transfer the cucumbers to a large mixing bowl.
- 3Add half a medium red onion to the bowl.
- 4Add fresh dill to the bowl.
- 5Add sour cream to the bowl.
- 6Add fresh lemon juice or mayonnaise to taste.
- 7Add one garlic clove.
- 8Season with half a teaspoon of salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
- 9Mix until well combined and all cucumbers are coated.
- 10Serve or transfer to a pretty bowl.
