Directions

  1. 1In a 9x13 baking dish, combine Old El Paso Cheesy Mexican Rice with 3 cups of water.
  2. 2Add two packages of pre-cooked fajita-flavored steak, chopped.
  3. 3Add a bag of frozen pepper and onion.
  4. 4Add a can of diced green chilies.
  5. 5Mix all ingredients together.
  6. 6Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
  7. 7Stir well.
  8. 8Top with Gordo's Mild Cheese Dip.
  9. 9Bake uncovered for another 10 minutes to let the cheese melt.
  10. 10Serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Old El Paso Cheesy Mexican Rice
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 packages John Soules Foods Fully Cooked Steak Fajitas
  • 1 bag frozen pepper and onion
  • 1 can Ortega Mild Fire Roasted Diced Green Chiles
  • 1 container Gordo's Mild Cheese Dip
