Directions

  1. 1In a large mixing bowl, add 500 grams of ground beef, salt, and ground black pepper.
  2. 2Thoroughly mix together, then roll into a ball, place it under some baking paper, and press down with a spatula until it's about 1 inch thick.
  3. 3Place a large frying pan onto your stovetop over medium heat. Add a splash of oil and heat for one minute.
  4. 4Place down your cheeseburger patty and cook for 60 seconds, then flip.
  5. 5Add butter and continuously stir for five minutes.
  6. 6Season with salt, then remove from heat.
  7. 7Cut your burger bun in half and place down the patty.
  8. 8Add cracked black pepper, salt, American mustard, ketchup, diced onion, and pickles.
  9. 9Place down the top bun.
