  2. 2Combine 150g steamed sweet potato, 1 cup milk, and honey in a blender.
  3. 3Blend until smooth.
  4. 4Pour the mixture into a cup and microwave for 1 minute.
  5. 5Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
