4Coat the marinated chicken in cornstarch.
5Air fry the chicken at 350°F for 10 minutes, then spray with oil and air fry again at 400°F until crispy.
6Stir-fry broccoli florets with oil, onion powder, salt, and pepper until slightly charred.
7Add garlic to broccoli and stir until fragrant.
8Pour chicken broth over broccoli, cover, and cook for 2 minutes until tender.
9Pour the orange sauce into the pan and bring it to a simmer.
10Add the cornstarch slurry to the sauce and stir until thickened and glossy.
11Toss the crispy chicken in the sauce until fully coated.
