Roasted Garlic Cheesy Bread Dip

Directions

  1. 1Chop the tops off of three heads of garlic.
  2. 2Place the chopped garlic on aluminum foil and coat with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3Wrap them up tight.
  4. 4Put them in the oven at 375 degrees for one hour.
  5. 5In a bowl, add a block of softened cream cheese.
  6. 6Squeeze out all the roasted garlic into the bowl.
  7. 7Add half a cup of mayonnaise.
  8. 8Add half a bag of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  9. 9Add half a cup of shaved parmesan.
  10. 10Add a third of a cup of chopped green onions.
  11. 11Add two tablespoons of Italian parsley, a tablespoon of rosemary, some salt, and pepper.
  12. 12Mix this up really well.
  13. 13Add this to a baking dish.
  14. 14Spread the mixture out evenly inside your baking dish.
  15. 15Top this with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
  16. 16Put this back in the oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes until the cheese is nice and melted and has a golden-brown top.
