Directions

  1. 1Cook broccoli and chicken until golden.
  2. 2Mix cottage cheese, pesto, eggs, and tomatoes in a bowl.
  3. 3Add cooked chicken and broccoli to the bowl.
  4. 4Add mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  5. 5Pour the mixture into a baking dish, and bake until golden.

  • 1 pound chicken
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup pesto
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
