- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 310 ml cold beer
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp seasoning salt
- 1 tsp old bay seasoning
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 10 g seaweed (blend the seaweed sheets into tiny flakes)
- 2 rice paper sheets
- for garnish Lemon wedges
