Directions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix together heavy cream and sugar.
  2. 2Add sweet wine, orange juice, lemon zest and orange blossom water.
  3. 3Whip the mixture into stiff peaks with a hand mixer. (The original recipe recommends whipping by hand for half an hour)
  4. 4Serve in glasses and garnish with orange slices.

  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
