Directions
- 1Take washed lemons and core them out using a knife and a spoon.
- 2In a saucepan, mix heavy cream, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- 3Heat the mixture until it barely simmers.
- 4Pour the mixture into the hollowed-out lemons placed in a muffin tin.
- 5Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- 6Add a layer of sugar on top of each lemon and caramelize with a blowtorch.
