Fish and Chips
Directions
- 1Cut the fish fillets into smaller pieces.
- 2Coat the fish pieces in flour.
- 3In a bowl mix flour, salt and water to make a batter.
- 4Peel and cut potatoes into fry shapes.
- 5Boil the potatoes until tender, then rinse with cold water and drain.
- 6Fry the potatoes until golden brown and crispy, drain on paper towels.
- 7Fry the battered fish until golden brown and crispy.
- 8Serve the fish and chips.
