Directions

  1. 1Lay out slices of prosciutto on a cutting board.
  2. 2Place a dollop of pesto on the prosciutto.
  3. 3Add a few sun-dried tomatoes on top of the pesto.
  4. 4Place a mozzarella ball on top of the sun-dried tomatoes.
  5. 5Wrap the prosciutto tightly around the filling to form a ball.
  6. 6Repeat the process for desired number of bombs.
  7. 7Place the prosciutto bombs in an air fryer lined with parchment paper.
  8. 8Air fry the bombs until crispy and the cheese is melted.
  9. 9Serve the air-fried prosciutto bombs on a bed of rocket/arugula.
  10. 10Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
