Directions

  1. 1Scoop cooked collard greens into a large mixing bowl.
  2. 2Add cream cheese and mozzarella cheese to the bowl.
  3. 3Mix all of the ingredients together.
  4. 4Pour the mixture into a cast iron skillet.
  5. 5Top with more mozzarella cheese, seasoning and parsley.
  6. 6Bake until golden and bubbly.
  7. 7Serve the dip with tortilla chips.
