Grating Gorgonzola Potato and Mushroom

Directions

  1. 1Add some oil to a pan.
  2. 2Add mushrooms to the pan.
  3. 3Add minced garlic to milk.
  4. 4Add black pepper to the milk.
  5. 5Whisk the milk mixture.
  6. 6Slice potatoes using a mandoline slicer.
  7. 7Grease a baking dish with butter or oil.
  8. 8Place a layer of sliced potatoes in the baking dish.
  9. 9Pour a layer of the milk mixture over the potatoes.
  10. 10Add a layer of cheese.
  11. 11Add a layer of cooked mushrooms.
  12. 12Repeat layers of potatoes, milk mixture, cheese, and mushrooms.
  13. 13Top with an additional layer of cheese and mushrooms.
  14. 14Bake until golden brown and bubbly.
