Directions

  1. 1Mix together 550g of flour, 1 dry yeast, 1 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of sugar, 2 eggs, 250ml of warm milk and 50g of oil in a bowl and mix, either by hand, with a machine.
  2. 2Form a ball and let it rise in a bowl covered with plastic foil and kitchen towel for 1.5-2 hours
  3. 3Knead the dough, transfer to a surface and make 10 equal size balls
  4. 4Form the slance in the order you made the balls
  5. 5Place on a baking rack cover with baking paper
  6. 6Brush with water, cover with a kitchen towel until it doubles in size
  7. 7Make the glaze by mixing flur, salt and water
  8. 8Bake for around 15 minutes at 200°C
  9. 9Take out of the oven, drizzle with a glaze and put back into the oven for another 2 minutes
