Season chicken breast with most of the Italian seasoning, reserving 1 teaspoon.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes on one side, flip, reduce heat to low, and cook another 4-5 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F.

Remove the chicken from the skillet.

In the same skillet, melt butter and cook minced garlic for 1 minute.

Add chicken broth, milk, buffalo sauce, and remaining seasoning.

Bring the mixture to a low boil.

Add pasta, submerge it in the liquid, and simmer for 8-10 minutes until al dente.

Stir in cream cheese until melted.

Add parmesan cheese and green onions and stir.

Top with sliced chicken and drizzle with more buffalo sauce if desired.

0.75 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 green onions
