Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Directions
- 1Add a block of softened cream cheese to a sauce pan.
- 2Add 16 ounces of sour cream and 1/2 cup of mayonnaise.
- 3Add 12 ounces of frozen chopped spinach and stir until smooth.
- 4Add a 12 ounce jar of marinated artichoke hearts (drained and chopped).
- 5Add one package of Knorr vegetable soup mix and stir until combined.
- 6Add 2 cups of freshly shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 cup of freshly shredded parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined.
- 7If you're going to a party, transfer the dip to a foil baking dish.
- 8Add more mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
- 9Broil for a couple of minutes until golden brown.
