Directions

  1. 1ضعي فنجان نشا مع فنجانين ماء باردة في مقلاة وحرّكيهم جيداً.
  2. 2ضعي الخليط على النار مع التحريك المستمر حتى يتماسك.
  3. 3بعد أن يتماسك، أطفئي النار واتركيه جانباً ليبرد.
  4. 4انزلي الخليط في الخلاط مع خمس سن ثوم أو حسب الرغبة وملعقة صغيرة ملح.
  5. 5أضيفي عصير ليمونتين وملعقتين زيت أبيض.
  6. 6أضيفي فنجان ماء تدريجياً حتى تحصلي على القوام المطلوب.
  7. 7اخلطي جيداً.
