Directions

  1. 1غسل الخيار البلدي وتجفيفه جيداً
  2. 2إزالة رؤوس الخيار و عمل ثقوب صغيرة على جانبيها
  3. 3وضع الخيار في برطمان زجاجي مع 5 فصوص ثوم
  4. 4إضافة ملعقة وربع من الملح البحري إلى كوبين من الماء المغلي والمبرد
  5. 5صب الماء المملح على الخيار في البرطمان
  6. 6إغلاق البرطمان جيداً
  7. 7تقليب البرطمان كل عشر ساعات

  • 5 فصوص ثوم صغيرة
  • 1.25 ملعقة ملح بحري
  • 2 كوب ماء مغلي ومبرد
