Directions
- 1Add butter, onion and garlic to a pot.
- 2Add flour to thicken it and mix until it's dissolved.
- 3Add broth, milk, heavy cream, potatoes, salt, pepper and paprika.
- 4Cook until the potatoes are tender.
- 5Add sour cream and mash it together.
- 6Slowly add in cheddar cheese.
- 7Top with bacon and green onion.
