Coffee Caramel Milk Pudding Bites

Directions

  1. 1Cook some sugar until it melts and becomes golden.
  2. 2Add in some warm milk and continue cooking until the caramel melts and becomes smooth.
  3. 3Add in the coffee powder along with the cornflour slurry and cook until the pudding thickens.
  4. 4Immediately transfer it into a greased pan and refrigerate it.
  5. 5Once it sets completely, cut it into cubes.
  6. 6Dust it with some cocoa powder.

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 pinch cornflour
  • coffee powder
  • sugar
