Directions
- 1Add one single-serve low-fat cottage cheese to a blender cup.
- 2Add one tablespoon of 100% pure maple syrup to the blender cup.
- 3Add two tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder to the blender cup.
- 4Blend the mixture in the blender.
- 5Add a dash of water to the blender cup to help it blend well.
- 6Blend again until smooth.
- 7Pour the blended mixture back into the cottage cheese cup.
- 8In a separate bowl, add two tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder for the ganache topping.
- 9Add another tablespoon of maple syrup to the bowl.
- 10Add one tablespoon of unsweetened organic almond milk to the bowl.
- 11Whisk the ganache ingredients together.
- 12Pour the cottage cheese mixture from the cup into a bigger bowl since the ganache will not fit in the cup.
- 13Pour the ganache topping over the cottage cheese mixture.
- 14Swirl the ganache and cottage cheese mixture around a bit with a spoon.
- 15Top with a few Unreal milk chocolate gems.
- 16Add a few more Unreal milk chocolate gems.
- 17Freeze the dessert for 20 minutes to let it harden.
- 18Serve and enjoy.
